Arrow Refrigerated Air Dryer Technology
UNDERSTANDING REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS
Step 1: Air enters the combined air-to-air and refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger where it is cooled to 35°F.
Step 2: Chilled air now enters the separator where the moisture is separated from the incoming air. The air is now at 35°F dew point.
Step 3: Dry air is now sent back to the air-to-air heat exchanger where it is reheated for application or plant use.
